Hi Eric,
You might remember me as president of Digi-Cool
Industries, inventor and
manufacturer of digital refrigeration analyzers.
Well, Digi-Cool is taking
off and requiring a lot more of my time which is leaving
me stretched thin
between Digi-Cool and my refrigeration business,
Lockhart Industries.
I bought in with my partner in 1976 becoming sole owner
in 1981. After 30
years in the business I would like to devote my time and
energy to growing
Digi-Cool. I would be interested in a complete
buy-out or a junior partner
buy-in with a complete buy-out within 3 years depending
on the buyers
education. It has taken me a while to come to this
decision and am now
confident that this is the right move for
me.

I suspect from your email that you are
going to need the junior partner buy in - buy out over 2-5 years depending upon
the dollar amount we are dealing with.
